WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
You have spent months planning every detail. The wonderful vendors you have secured will make your vision come to life. Now it is time to make sure your wedding goes off without a hitch. Dare to Dream will join you in assisting with any last minute changes, working behind the scenes to ensure it is a seamless experience from the beginning to end. You, your guests and family will have a wonderful experience and be able to enjoy every aspect of the celebration.

WE WILL ASSIST YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING:

  • Assist the couple on their wedding day

  • Confirm final guest counts to the venue

  • Confirm vendors one month prior to the wedding

  • Oversee ceremony rehearsal

  • One lead planner and event coordinator per event

  • Oversee load in and tear-down of the event

  • Service up to 12 hours on wedding day

  • Timeline of Events – outline sequence of events for wedding party and vendors

PARTIAL PLANNING
You have a vision and an eye for detail. You know exactly what you want but need assistance from someone who understands your vision and will make it all come to life. Dare to Dream will join you in finalizing details and assisting with logistical decisions that will make sure you are free to focus on yourself before the big day.

EVERYTHING IN DREAMS COME TRUE PLUS...

  • Décor and Design – develop your theme, color schemes and décor pieces

  • Vendor Selections – florists, DJs, entertainment, photographers etc.

  • Venue Selection and Management – arrange site tours and negotiate contracts

  • Accommodations – recommend hotels, negotiate rates, keep track of rooming list

  • Transportation – arrange limos and buses as needed

  • Management of all contracted vendors

We will meet with you to understand your full vision and present you with customized and detailed presentations that allow you to have a stress free experience and make decisions by just saying yes or no. With our unique approach, we will create each event with personalized details and design to ensure your special day is everything you could have ever wanted and more. Dare to Dream will manage all details and be the main point of contact for all vendors and attend every meeting to ensure your vision comes to life.

Dare to Dream Events has collaborated with A Moment in Time Events to offer you customized elopement packages. We offer a variety of options designed to fit your needs for your special day.
